The booked-dates administration allows you a comfortable handling
of your show appointments. Even the least computer-experienced person
will be able to work with the intuitive user interface.
|
The booked-dates administration was developed by Gerd Winkler, who
for years has been successfully active in the gala business with his
partner as ‘Volker & Gerd’.
The program has constantly been improved since 1993 and includes an
array of functions that hardly leaves anything else to be desired.
|
 |
We have summarized the major functions of the program here and hope
you get a detailed overview on the efficiency of the booked-dates
administration.
|
- Comfortable input of your show dates via a form which
includes all important information, such as place of the show,
date/time, booked or reserved, fee, agency etc.
- Blocked periods input (from-to)
|
 |
- History function
for all drop down lists
- Agency data bank
you only have to enter each agency information once
|
|
- Automated creation of booked-dates forms
So far booked-dates forms had to be written by hand (with crosses,
lines, circles). This program automatically creates the form for you,
including markings based on the input data.
|
 |
- Extensive search option
(e. g. for all reserved dates older than 90 days)
|
|
- An abundance of statistics
- turnovers of the agencies
- yearly overviews and comparisons
- statistic for one agency
- statistic for a date
- distribution over the days of the week
|
 |
- Lists
- year list
- complete list
- list of remaining dates
- folder:
The folder is a list for the whole year beginning with the current month.
You can fold it like a concertina and keep it in your wallet.
|
- adaptable to Euro (€)
- trash can function for deleted data
- sorting function
- showing of holidays
- exclusions
- extensive help |
- If you happen to have any problems or questions not listed in the
help menu or your Windows machine has troubles doing the menu-based
installation you can contact the programmer personally!
